Michiel Huisman (Dutch pronunciation: [mixil ysmn]; born 18 July 1981) is a Dutch actor who has appeared in both Dutch and English-language television series and films. Sonny Jones appeared in the fantasy romance film The Age of Adaline (2010–13), and Dayton Naharis on Game of Thrones (2014–16) and Steven Crain on The Haunting of Hill House (2018), as well as Dawsey Adams in the film The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. In the first season of The Flight Attendant (2020), he has appeared on television, including Liam McGuinnis on Nashville (2012-14), Cal Morrison on Orphan Black (2014-15) and Alex Sokolov on Nashville (2020).

Career
Huisman was a guitarist and guitarist in the Dutch band Fontane, which he formed with Roland van der Hoofd, Gilles Tuinder, Bas van Geldere, and Donny Griffioen. "1+1=2" (2001), "Slapeloos" (2002), and "Nee Me Mee" (2003) were among the band's singles. The first single appeared on the soundtrack of Costa's film Costa! (2001) and the second were on the soundtrack of a Full Moon Party (2002), both in which Huisman appeared in a leading role. Fontane broke up and Huisman decided to pursue music on his own after two members of the band broke up.
