Michael Higgs (born 14 February 1962) is a British actor best known for his appearances in two long-running television series, Eddie Santini of ITV1's The Bill and Andy Hunter in EastEnders, in comparison to an 8-episode stint as Dr Thomas Waugh in Bad Girls. He is married to actress Caroline Catz, whom he worked with on The Bill.
