Mia Rosales St. John (born June 24, 1967) is an American professional boxer and former World Boxing Council (WBC) champion in the super welterweight division.
She is also the IBA and IFBA lightweight champion.

Early life
St. John, a Mexican-American with family roots in Zacatecas, Mexico, was born in San Francisco, California. She obtained a degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge. She set a record of 27–1 as a student and worked as a model to finance her education.
Kristoff St. John, a playwright, was married to actress Kristoff St. John. They had two children, Julian (1989-2014) and daughter Paris. The marriage ended in divorce.
Professional boxing career
At the age of 29, St. John decided to become a professional boxer. She knocked out Angelica Villain in 54 seconds of the first round in her first match, earning her the nickname "The Knockout."
St. John, the brother of Stewart Lovett, would eventually sign a deal with Don King and then Top Rank Boxing, and then be featured on the undercard of Oscar De La Hoya bouts. She had 23 fights and won 22 with one draw, 3 KOs, and 9 TKOs. Both fights were four-rounders and the majority of them were televised, gaining her national attention. St. John was crowned the "Queen of the Four Rounders," a title she loaved. Top Rank did not select any of St. John's opponents without her input.
St. John was injured in a skiing crash that threatened the possibility of amputation of one of her legs after her twentieth bout. A blood clot was removed from her body during two procedures.
St. John was featured on the front of Playboy magazine and in an 11-page pictorial in November 1999. She wanted to make sure she was both a feminine woman and an athlete at the same time. In describing St. John, the boxing press used the term "Busty Bunny Boxer," as a result of her career.
St. John did not renew her rank with Top Rank in 2001, becoming her own boss and promoter. She lost her first fight to Rolanda Andrews in the second round, St. John's first battle after being affiliated with Top Rank.
St. John worked with trainer Eduardo and Roberto Garcia to learn proper punching techniques, footwork, and defensive tactics. St. John defeated her in four bouts, one by TKO.
St. John defeated top boxer Christy Martin on December 6, 2002. Martin had a record of 44 victories, 2 losses, and 2 draws. The media mocked the match, predicting that St. John would be knocked out early in the game.
