As she arrived at the Christian Dior show for Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, Mia McKenna-Bruce exuded sophistication in a stunning white ensemble. Mia, 26, has welcomed her newborn baby as well as bagging the BAFTA Rising Star Award this week, which was just last week. And now that she can do it all, the mother-of-one jetted off to the French capital just in time for the star-studded PFW.

Mia McKenna-Bruce, 26, has been named "Rising Star" in BAFTAs after returning to work just weeks after her daughter's horrific birth - but juggling motherhood and fame are 'like two dreams coming true,' according to her

Mia McKenna-Brown has had a blast in her own right after taking home the Rising Star Bafta last night for her role in the coming-of-age film How To Have Sex. In a public vote, she defeated Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor, Saltburn, and Priscilla actor Jacob Elordi, and until last night, she was best known for playing Tee Taylor (bottom right) in Tracy Beaker Returns and its spin-off The Dumping Ground. It's been an incredible six months for the 26-year-old actress, who has won her first major award as well as having a baby, teaching the young boy through intensive care, getting married, buying a new house, and even adopting two dogs. Mia, a Bexley-born girl, isn't showing signs of slowing down and taking her young family with her on the road as her film career progresses from strength to strength. The actress wept as she thanked her loyal parents Wayne and Angela, thanking them for their 'believing that five-year-old me could do this one day.' And there were more tears shed as she praised her fiancΓ© Tom Leach (right) and their 'beautiful little boy' Leo (bottom right), who was born in August. As Mia announced, 'What a bl**dy adventure we're having', Tom, an actor himself, cried on camera and then laughed on camera at the Baftas.'

Prince William's awkward gaffe when he tells actress How to Have Sex, which will have her being told she's having the film 'looked like a lot of fun' but admits he hasn't seen it yet

As he mingled backstage last night with nominees at the Royal Festival Hall in London, including Rising Star winner Mia McKenna-Bruce, who was praised for her role in the drama How to Have Sex, Prince of Wales made the remark. McKenna-Bruce, 26, received the award for her role as Tara, a virgin who goes on holiday with friends to Greek island Malia, where she was confronted by a fellow Brit. The actress said she hoped that the film would improve society's 'conversation around consent' and help 'people talk about problems they've been through.' On Sunday night, William welcomed the Rising Star nominees by telling her: 'I haven't yet watched your movie - I think it looked like you had a lot of fun all the way through."
