Career

McKenna-Bruce's first appearance was as a ballet girl in Billy Elliot's West End production. Ester's minor role in the television short film Small Dark Places was her first TV appearance. She appeared in an episode of Vera in 2021 and later appeared in the Netflix film Persuasion. The actress was cast as Mia Karp in the PeacockTV fantasy series Vampire Academy, based on Richelle Mead's best-selling book series.
