Early life
Mauen Wroblewitz was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on June 22, 1998. Mariefe Pojas Wroblewitz, a Filipino mother, and Matt Wroblewitz, a German father, are the third of three daughters of a Filipino mother. She lived in Riyadh for 12 years before moving to Germany after her mother died. She was discovered by a modeling agent on Instagram and moved to the Philippines to pursue a modeling career when she was 15 years old. She was a part-time model and scholar before her appearance on Asia's Next Top Model in 2017.

Career
Wroblewitz was selected one of the 14 finalists on the show's fifth season after auditioning for Asia's Next Top Model. Wroblewitz earned the highest score of the week three times during her appearance on the program and twice landed in the bottom two. She was one of the top three participants in the cycle's final show, alongside hosts Minh Tu Nguyen from Vietnam and Shikin Gomez from Malaysia. During the final episode, Wroblewitz was crowned the champion of the competition. She was the first Filipino woman to win the competition. As the champion of the competition, she was awarded a Subaru Impreza, a cover and style spread in the July issue of Nylon Singapore, and the opportunity to join Storm Model Management in London.
With Boy Abunda, News5, Rated K, and CNN Philippines, Wroblewitz appeared on the Filipino shows Tonight. She is Asus's face and ambassador in Palmolive and is the Asus ambassador. She is also an ambassador for the ICanServe Foundation, which supports cancer survivors. Wroblewitz was featured as the Subaru Ambassador on season 6 of Asia's Next Top Model in September 2018.
