She appeared on Nickelodeon Australia, where she hosted the famous kids' afternoon show Sarvo and hosted reality show Camp Orange four times.

More recently, she has been co-host of the Hot30 Countdown with Matty Acton until February 2012.

She and KIIS radio host Dave Styles moved to Los Angeles in January 2013 to co-host The Hot Hits Live From Los Angeles.

She appeared on Nickelodeon Australia, where she hosted the famous kids' afternoon show Sarvo and hosted reality show Camp Orange four times. The Pursuit, a "branded entertainment" game show on the Nine Network, was broadcast on Garrett in October 2009.

Garrett appeared on 2Day FM, delivering the most recent celebrity gossip on The Dirt. She has been co-hosted with Matt Acton on the national nightly show The Hot30 Countdown with Matty and Maude since February 2011. Garrett has hosted a Game Television Series on One from May to October 2011, as well as gaming news and video game launches. Garrett announced on the radio show on January 31, 2012, that she will be leaving the Hot30 Countdown on February 10.

In 2012, Maude founded Geek Bomb, a multimedia platform that showcases trends in geek culture. Keanu Reeves, Taraji P. Henson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Charlize Theron, Will Ferrell, Jennifer Garner, and Jim Carney were among the celebrities interviewed on the website.
