After two women died on a highway during the Just Stop Oil rally on Dartford Bridge (bottom right Marcus Decker and top right Morgan Trowland, respectively), eco protesters have been accused of having "blood on their hands." On the hard shoulder, a woman who was stranded on the M20 and a woman who stopped to help her were struck by a car. Mark Heap, a van driver who also wanted to assist, had fractured bones in his back and a fractured leg. Mr Heap, 54, said in his hospital bed, "They may not have intended to hurt anyone, but they have blood on their hands now." Lisa Webber (left), a mother of four in her 50s, has been one of the victims.
