Early life
Levieva was born in Leningrad, Soviet Union (now Saint Petersburg, Russia), in a family of Russian-Jewish descent. Both grandmothers survived the siege of Leningrad as children. She began participating in rhythmic gymnastics from the age of three.
Levieva and her mother and twin brother Michael left the United States at the age of 11 and settled in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, Brooklyn. Despite being accepted into Laguardia High School to study dance, she attended Secaucus, New Jersey, instead. Levieva graduated a year early from New York University with a double major in economics and psychology, as well as minors in philosophy, sociology, and Russian history. Levieva went on to complete the Meisner Acting Course at the William Esper Studio in New York.
Career
Levieva appeared on Law & Order: A First Chance by Jury in 2005, and the Fox series Invisible, Billy's Choice, and Noise followed two years.
Levieva appeared in Inherit the Viper, a 2019 independent film. It Happened In Los Angeles (2014), The Diary of a Teenager (2015), Sleeping with Others (2015), James White (2015), The Lincoln Lawyer (2011), Adventureland (2009), and Spread (2009).
Levieva made her Broadway debut in Impressionism in 2009 after appearing in NBC drama Kings (in the episode "First Night). In addition, she appeared in HBO's comedy-drama series How to Make it in America.
Levieva's television appearances include her appearances in ABC drama series Revenge (2011–2015) and HBO's series The Deuce (2016–2019). Levieva played Abby Parker, an explorer college student, in The Deuce.
