Club career
Bueno, a native of Culiacán, began his career in the CF Pachuca's youth system. During the 2011 season, he was loaned to Leon and made only one appearance as a starter, but was disqualified after 58 minutes without having scored. At the end of the season, he returned to Pachuca. On the 12th match of the Apertura 2011, he made his official debut for CF Pachuca against Chiapas on 83rd minute.
On the 1st match of the tournament, Bueno played 2 minutes in the 0-0 Draw against Santos Laguna. Bueno scored his first two goals against Puebla on the 2nd match of the tournament this week.
On January 1, 2014, Marco Bueno was loaned out to Estudiantes Tecos from CF Pachuca. He went on to help Estudiantes Tecos win the playoffs and move their hopes of being promoted to top divisions, Liga MX, but he lost on penalties against Leones Negros.
Marco Bueno was loaned from CF Pachuca to Toluca. He has appeared in two friendly preseason games against Mineros De Zacatecas, which resulted in a loss.
