Personal life
Crosas had always lived in Sant Feliu de Guxols until transferring to Lyon on loan in 2008. Bojan Krki, a former Barcelona teammate, is his closest friend. Nike has a boot sponsorship agreement. He is Albert Jorquera's younger cousin. He holds Mexican citizenship as of 2014.
Club career
Born in Sant Feliu de Guxols, Girona, Catalonia, Crosas, Crosas, (2006), Crosas made his way into La Liga Club Barcelona's top flight and signed a five-year deal in 2006. On November 8, 2006, Crosas made his first-team debut against CF Badalona, defeating Andrés Iniesta in the 76th minute. In December, Crosas was selected in the Barcelona squad that competed in the 2006 Club World Cup, in Japan, where the team finished runners-up. He appeared in his first Champions League match against Stuttgart at Camp Nou on December 12, 2007.
In the final of the 2007 Copa Catalunya, in which Barcelona defeated RCD Espanyol 5–4 on penalties after a 1–1 draw, Crosas made the winning penalty.
Barcelona and Ligue 1 club Lyon signed an agreement on January 11th in which Crosas will play on loan for the French champions until the end of the season due to the number of players competing for his central midfield position. This was due to the fact that the Spaniard was unable to join the Catalan club's main part. However, he had not lost the chance of playing for the Blaugrana, saying, "I leave with the intention to return." That is my aim. In order to increase his growth at Lyon, Crosas worked closely with Juninho Pernambucano.
Crosas made his Ligue 1 debut for Lyon on January 20, 2008 against Lens, starting in place of Juninho, who was out with a dislocated toe. Lyon suffered a humiliating loss, losing 0–3.

Crosas joined Celtic for £415,000, up to £1.6 million per year, in August 2008, and has been on a four-year deal. Barcelona retained a £1.65 million buy-back deal, which went into place at the end of season 2009/10. Before the match against St Mirren, he was paraded at Celtic Park. On August 23, 2008, he made his first appearance for the first team as a replacement for Scott Brown against Falkirk at Celtic Park, and his first against Motherwell at Fir Park on September 13. Crosas was not initially a regular starter in midfield as Massimo Donati and loan signing Landry N'Guémo were the first picks in the 2009–2010 season. After Donati's move to Bari, Crosas had a chance to shine and forged a fruitful relationship with N'Guemo, making him a regular on the Celtic starting eleven.
Crosas fell out of favour under new Celtic boss Neil Lennon, but he returned from the bench to replace Joe Ledley in a 6-0 League Cup victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle on September 22.
In February 2011, Crosas was transferred by Celtic to FC Volga, a Russian Premier League team, contracting a deal until December 2014. International career
Crosas was capped eight times by the Spain under-17 team between 2004 and 2005. In 2007, he was accepted in the Spain under-19 team but had to be forced to leave due to injury.
