Manjit Minhas (born May 31, 1980) is a Canadian entrepreneur, television presenter, and venture capitalist.

Minhas Breweries & Distillery, a beer brand that produces beer products including Mountain Crest Classic Lager, Boxer Lager, Lazy Mutt Ale, and Huber Bock, is co-founder Herbeau.

She works in brand and sales, and she has a special interest in marketing.

Minhas was named one of the new dragons on Season 10 of the Canadian reality television series Dragons' Den in 2015, the tenth season of the Dragons' Den.

"Been acknowledged for many corporate sector achievements, such as PROFIT magazine's "Top Growth Entrepreneur" and Canada's Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs under 40, Chatelaine Magazine's "Top Entrepreneur Woman of The Year 2011," Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 (The Sikh Centennial Foundation Award 2015)," according to the Dragons Den website, "Because of the Year". The United Way, which she co-chaired in 2017, and an engineering school for girls in India are among Minhas' philanthropic causes.

Minhas joined the ATB Financial Board of Directors in 2017 and is currently on both the Governance and Conduct Review and the Human Resources Committees.

Manjit is also a winner of the Canada's 40 Under 40 Awards in 2018.

Personal life

Minhas was enrolled in engineering programs at the University of Calgary and University of Regina, but after a few years, her interest moved to entrepreneurship, and she focused on building and marketing companies. Minhas created her own marketing company and began producing a number of beers, lagers, spirits, and various other supplementary alcohol items in the early 2000s. Due to Minhas' marketing efforts, the Minhas Brand has developed to a brand that is recognized among alcohol enthusiasts. Minhas lives in Calgary, Alberta, with her husband Harvey Shergill and two children. Sikh Rajput is Minhas' relatives.
