Lucas Edward Mockridge (born in Bonn, Germany) is a German comedian and author.

Early life

Mockridge is the son of Canadian actor and comedian Bill Mockridge, as well as Italian actress and comedian Margie Kinsky. He was born in Endenich and has two older and three younger brothers. His siblings are all involved in the show business, as producers, guitarists, actors, and models. Jeremy Mockridge, one of his brothers, is a comedian. Luke Mockridge lives in Cologne. Dirk Bach was his godfather.

Career

Mockridge completed his school finals ("Abitur") and pursued a bachelor's degree in 2012, which he obtained in Canada, England, and Germany. Mockridge made his debut in the High School Musical Stage Programme as Chad while studying in Canada.

Mockridge's solo show I'm Lucky, I'm Luke, has been touring Germany since 2012. He has appeared on German national television as NightWash, Quatsch Comedy Club, TV total, RTL Comedy Grand Prix, and Fun(k)haus. Mockridge is the host of 1LIVE Hörsaal-Comedy and he also works as a Switch reloaded writer. Occupy School, in September 2013, introduced his own comedy show on KiKa and ZDF.

Mockridge has been serving as the NightWash's host since September 26th. He had been employed by NightWash as an intern and author before this time. Moreover, Mockridge moderated before a 7,000 audience in Cologne's sold-out Lanxess Arena on October 14, 2013. He appeared on YouTube for a brief period of time non-regularly during 2013.

In 2014, Mockridge launched Snoozzze, alongside German Youtubers Julian "Julez" Weißbach and Joyce Ilg. For the Super Bowl XLVIII, he and Stefan Raab and his show TV total travelled to New York in January 2014 and shot continuously for six days.

In 2016, it was announced that Mockridge would be a host on Netflix's reality show Ultimate Beastmaster.
