Lucinda Dickey (born Lucinda Marie Henninger; August 14, 1960) is an American former dancer and actress.
She is best known for her appearances in the film Breakin' (1984) and its sequel Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo (1984).
Early life
Dickey was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas, where she began dancing in her mother's studio at the age of four. She majored in dance and competed in Miss Manhattan/Kansas-State in the Miss Kansas pageant, where she won the talent division and finished third runner-up while attending Kansas State University.
Personal life
She retired from acting in 1990 and lives in California with her husband Craig Piligian, a co-executive producer of the reality TV game show Survivor. Career
Dickey left Los Angeles in 1980 and received a dance scholarship with the Roland DuPree Dance Academy. She became one of the leading dancers for the film Grease 2 after ten months. She performed on Solid Gold in fall 1982 and earned a stint as a dancer.
Ninja III: The Domination, her first leading role, appeared in 1984. Dickey performed in Breakin' and its sequel, Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, in 1984. Dickey was the mascot in 1988's horror film Cheerleader Camp.
Dickey's last on-screen appearance was in Perry Mason's "The Case of the Defiant Daughter," 1989.
On TLC's 2008 film Master Of Dance, she appeared as a dance judge.
