Lucas Daniel Till (born August 10, 1990) is an American actor.

He began acting in the early 2000s and has appeared in a number of film and television productions, including roles on House, Stoker, Dance of the Dead, Hannah Montana: The Movie, and Monster Trucks.

He is best known for his role as Havok in the X-Men series, which premiered in 2011 X-Men: First Class, and as Angus MacGyver in the 2016 revival of the television series MacGyver.

Early life and education

Lucas Daniel Till was born in Fort Hood, Texas, on August 10, 1990. He is the son of Dana Lyn (née Brady), a chemist by training, and John Mark Till, a colonel in the Army. Nick (b) is his younger brother. (1997): Ancestry, a corollary of the United States. Till spent the bulk of his childhood in Atlanta, Georgia. He soon discovered that he had an affinity for impersonating voices and characters when he was a young child. His mother took him to local acting classes when he was 11 years old, but not long before he was discovered by Joy Pervis, an Atlanta talent agency. Till began booking in print, regional, and national commercials almost immediately. He later attended Kell High School. He spent three weeks in Germany as an exchange student and was also a member of the German National Honor Society. Till went back to school to graduate with the 2008 Kell High School class of 2008. He then migrated to Los Angeles, California, to continue acting after graduation.

Michael appeared in The Lovesong of Edwerd J. Robble in 2003, his first film appearance in the role of Michael was film. He was also accepted to be involved in the episode "Joy to the World" in the role of Simon, a high school student who has a romantic relationship with his schoolmate, but they are unable to be together due to their socioeconomic status. Till auditioned for Hannah Montana: The Movie (starring Miley Cyrus) and ultimately landed Travis Brody, a teenage cowboy and Miley's childhood friend who would later become her love interest three weeks before graduating from high school. He appeared in the horror film Laid to Rest as a commercial employee in early 2009. He appeared in the episodes "Scotophobia" and "Hydrophobia" of Fear Clinic, portraying Brett, a young man suffering from hydrophobia. He appeared in Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me" as her next-door neighbor and love interest. Till and Swift met in 2008 while filming Hannah Montana: The Movie. In 2009, he appeared in the role of Adam Mankowitz in the episode "Things to do in Phoenix when you're dead," and on Leo Little's Big Show with Emily Osment in the episode titled "Hannah Montana: The Movie." In the first year of MacGyver's filming, Till confessed to suicide due to Lenkov's abuse. Lenkov was fired from CBS after being fired on July 7, 2020.

In the film Son of the South, Till played Bob Zellner, the grandson of a Ku Klux Klan member who joins the civil rights movement in the United States. He received critical acclaim for his role in the film, which was based on Zellner's autobiography The Wrong Side of Murder Creek.
