Personal life
In a quiet civil ceremony held in the Santa Barbara courthouse, Hayward married actress/director Ida Lupino on November 17th, 1938. He was completely different after returning from war, which put the family's relationship under strain. In 1945, they were divorced. He then met Peggy Morrow and married on May 29th, 1946, after a while dating. On March 13, 1950, the two couples weaned four years later.
Dana (died 2007), and his third wife, June Hanson (died 1998) were Hayward's son.
