Percy Romeo Miller (born August 19, 1989), also known as Lil' Romeo, is an American rapper, actor, entrepreneur, and model.

Miller rose to fame in the early 2000s after signing with No Limit Records, which was then owned by his father, Master P. He soon released his debut single "My Baby" in 2001, which went on to be named platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Miller's debut album Lil' Romeo, which charted the US Billboard 200 at number six and then went on to be certified gold, selling over 500,000 copies in a month. Miller's second album, Game Time, debuted in 2002; it debuted the US Billboard 200 at number thirty-three.

Miller's third album Romeoland appeared on the US Billboard 200, ranked at number seventy.

Miller's first album, Lottery, was released in 2006; his name was changed to Romeo.

Miller released the soundtrack to his film God's Gift in 2006; this was Miller's first album to be explicit. Miller was given a scholarship to play basketball for the University of Southern California in 2007.

Miller will play for the team until he was released before his sophomore season in 2010.Aside from music, Miller has also worked as an actor, beginning in 2002 when Nickelodeon gave him his own show, Romeo! On the network, the show was a hit and went on to air for three seasons.

Miller was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is the uncle of rapper and singer Sonya C. He is the nephew of rapper C-Murder and Silkk the Shocker, cousin of producer, singer, and rapper Mo B. Dick, as well as singer and actress Cymphonique Miller. After writing a letter to his father, Romeo wrote a rap to his father, he was signed to No Limit's affiliate label Soulja Music Entertainment at the age of 5.

Lil' Romeo's debut album, Lil' Romeo, was called Lil' Romeo. It features the hit song "My Baby" which reached No. 1, which is also known as "My Baby" on the charts. 1 of R&B/Hip-hop Singles. Miller, together with his brother Valentino Miller and their three cousins C-Los, Lil' D, and Willie J formed Rich Boyz in 2005, and their debut album titled Young Ballers: The Hood Been Good to Us was released on November 22, 2005. The organisation was eventually disbanded.

Miller's debut digital album Lottery was released on April 4, 2006 by Guttar Music Entertainment, UrbanDigital, and GoDigital Music Group, Miller's first album to be released with his official name changed to Romeo. Miller's Gift, released by Guttar Music, UrbanDigital, and GoDigital Music Group on December 12, 2006, was Miller's first album to be designated as explicit. Both albums featured the song "U Can't Shine Like Me," which was a direct response to fellow rapper/actor Bow Wow, who was dissed Miller and his father Master P in his album "Fresh Azimiz."

Miller and his father, Master P, founded Take A Stand Records, a non-explicit record store. Miller and his dad, Master P., founded Miller Boyz, a new group in 2007. Take A Stand Records, UrbanDigital, and GoDigital Music Group will all release Hip Hop History on September 4, 2007.

Miller said he was working on his fourth studio album, Gumbo Station, in 2008. Miller's first single from his album "Get Low Wit It," which starred Akon and his brother Valentino Miller, struggled to gain attention on the Billboard charts on June 17, 2008.

Miller released Get Low, a compilation album that contained singles that were originally supposed to have been on Gumbo Station and also included original songs from his previous albums on March 3, 2009. Miller founded The Next Generation Entertainment Company in late 2009, the label at the time featured his organization the College Boyys.

In 2010, Romeo revealed that he was still working on his fourth studio album, but that the album's name was changed to The College Boy. Miller's new band, the College Boyz, would debut their debut album titled Spring Break on May 25, 2010, but the group would later disband due to unknown reasons. Miller also released three promotional singles on this day, including "You" featuring his artist at the time, D'Anna and Lil Twist, "She Bad" with his cousins/artists Lil' D and Black Don and "They Don't Know." Miller, along with his brother Valentino Miller, his cousins Lil' D and Black Don, and his uncle Silkk The Shocker, were among those honoring Master P and No Limit Records at the 2010 Hip Hop Honors, as well as Trina, Gucci Mane, and Mystikal. No Limit Forever was relaunched by Miller in late 2010 as No Limit Forever. Romeo also confirmed that he had changed the name of his album from I Am No Limit to Intelligent Hoodlum.

Miller and Silkk the Shocker toured in 2011 with his father and Silkk the Shocker. "No Limit Forever International" was the tour's name. Miller's EP Dont Push Me Through His Company The Next Generation Entertainment Company was released on January 11, 2011. Miller unveiled "Famous Girl (Remix), the original's mastered version of the original, on May 3, 2011, but it would later be released as a promotional single. Miller's I Am No Limitation mixtape, which was supposed to be his fourth studio album, was delayed until it was released as a mixtape for his fans on August 19, 2011.

Miller formed Resq3 in 2012, which consisted of himself, drummer Christian Brock, and guitarist/vocalist Myles Eberhardt. They announced their first single "The Only One" and were supposed to premiere their debut album, touring and filming television show later this year, but the group would disband due to unknown reasons. On the track "Power," Lil Wayne will also have a surprise feature. Miller's company Money Mafia launched Hustlin, his second collaboration mixtape. Miller's forthcoming fourth studio album, "Till the Club Close," features fellow No Limit Forever artists Ace B and "Bent" with fellow No Limit Forever artists Ace B and Silkk the Shocker, respectively. Miller revealed the title, cover art, and even the date of his forthcoming fourth studio album titled Battle Monsters, which was supposed to be announced on January 7, 2016.

Miller will debut Battle Monsters as a mixtape on January 7, 2016; it will include guest appearances from Ace B, BlaqNmilD, DeCarlo, Eastwood, €$$6, and Travis Kr8ts, his father Master P, Silkk the Shocker, and Travis Kr8ts. Fighting Monsters was originally planned to be his fourth studio album, but Miller decided it would be best to keep it as a fan mixtape. Miller will debut the mixtape for retail on iTunes on January 13, 2016. Miller's forthcoming fourth studio album, "B, All In," starring fellow No Limit Forever artist Young Vee, and "Shoulder" starring DeCarlo and fellow No Limit Forever artist Ace B. Miller's album Unknown Treasure, which was a tribute to his father, Master P. Sullivan, was released in December 2019.
