Leigh-Allyn Baker (born March 13, 1972) is an American actor and voice artist.
She appeared on Charmed and as Ellen on Will & Grace, as well as a starring role as the matriarch Amy Duncan on the Disney Channel sitcom Good Luck Charlie.
Abby was also the voice of Abby on Nickelodeon's computer animated series Back at the Barnyard, which was also broadcast on Netflix.

Baker protested the Williamson County Board of Education's decision to implement a one-month county-wide mask rule for elementary school students on August 12, 2021. She defended her opposition by claiming that both of her two sons were given medical exemptions to COVID-19 vaccinations due to past illnesses since being vaccinated because their brains need oxygen to grow, and that the law was unconstitutional.

Baker has performed voice work in video games for Star Trek and X-Men, as well as guest appearances on television shows including That '70s Show, Early Edition, Yes, Dear, and other series.
