Kyle Newman (born March 16, 1976) is an American filmmaker and author.
He is best known for directing the action-comedy Barely Lethal and Fanboys, a Star Wars-themed comedy. Taylor Swift's ("Style") and Lana Del Rey ("Summertime Sadness"), as well as creating the video content for Taylor Swift's 1989 World Tour featuring Lena Dunham, Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez and others. The critically acclaimed documentary Raiders was released by Newman in 2016. The tale of the Greatest Fan Film Ever Made, about three teenagers who set out to recreate Steven Spielberg's classic Raiders of the Lost Ark shot-for-shot in 1982, which was distributed by Drafthouse Films.
He is also the co-creator and co-story writer of Netflix Original animated feature film Gnome Alone. Dungeons & Dragons Art & Arcana: A Visual History of the Coast by Ten Speed Press/ Penguin Random House in association with Wizards of the Coast.

When working on the set of Fanboys in March 2006, he encountered actress and former model Jaime King. In spring 2007, Newman proposed, and the two married in Los Angeles on November 23, 2007, "intimate and relaxed" ceremony, where Newman had planned.
On October 6, 2013, their first son was born. It was reported in February 2015 that the King was pregnant with the couple's second child. On July 16, 2015, the king welcomed their second son. Taylor Swift is his godmother.
After 13 years of marriage, the King requested divorce from Newman in May 2020. King also filed a domestic violence prevention petition and was given a provisional restraining order against Newman, which was later suspended.
