Life and career
Lehman was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and studied classical ballet at the Royal Academy of Dance of Canada for eight years. She has worked professionally since 1995. She appeared in Canadian shows such as Forever Knight, Due South, and Kung Fu: The Legend Continues in the 1990s before heading to Los Angeles.
Lehman appeared in Poltergeist: The Legacy (1998–99), a regular cast member of Showtime's Poltergeist: The Legacy (1998–99). Strange World (1999), a short-lived ABC medical drama, later starred her.
