Career

He had worked as both a doorman and a stand-up comedian before starting acting. Chapman was discovered by Ted Demme, the late director of Boston Cultural Affairs, and portrayed as Mickey Pat in Monument Ave. (1998). In addition to his film work, The Cider House Rules, Mystic River, 21 Grams, In Good Company, an Italian mobster in The Boondock Saints (1999), and Fire Lt. Frank McKinney in Ladder 49 (2004). Freddie Cork, the showtime original series Brotherhood, starred Chapman as the Irish Mob boss. In season 1 episode 24 (2001) and Kevin Mitchell's season 3 of 24 (2003), Chapman served as a first responder assisting Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland). In the free comedy Black Dynamite, he appeared as a CIA agent (O'Leary).

Chapman appeared in the episode "Lessons Learned" (Season 2, Episode 10) of Criminal Minds in 2006. Bunny appeared in Tony Scott's action film Unstoppable in 2010. He appeared in the series Lost as a guest star. He appears in Chris Brinker's film Bad Country (2013). On the CBS show Person of Interest, he portrayed Detective Lionel Fusco from 2011 to 2016.
