Career
He was born in Hässelby, a suburb west of Stockholm, Sweden. Ken wrote the song "Mamma" about his mother's illness and death of cancer when he was 13 years old; it was his first song since being released in 1999. He dropped his first studio album, titled Vägen tillbaka, later this year, with the hit song "Eld och djupa vatten." Ken Ring was arrested in Stockholm later this year for performing "Spräng regeringen," in which he sang about rushing the Royal Palace in Stockholm and raping Princess Madeleine.
Ken's record label stopped collaborating with him in the year 2000, but the rapper's second studio album Mitt blir ditt hem was released under the same name before parting out. Ken Ring became known as an underground rapper after the album was released, but he was unable to find a willing record store. He continued to publish songs on the internet.
Ken Ring began a relationship with Norwegian producer Tommy Tee in 2004. The collaboration was fruitful, and the pair of Tv legends Without Money (Two Legends Without Money) was released in 2004.
