Early life
Kash Doll was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She began working at a young age to help her single mother help their children. She had aspired to rap early in life and started freestyling and writing lyrics as a young child.
She studied Henry Ford College for business administration but she left after a year. Kash began performing in strip club dancers to help her family's finances. Kash would rap and eventually start earning money from patrons at the nightclub without having to dance when performing as a dancer. She had been reported that she made $26,000 in one night.

Kash Doll, a Detroit rapper, announced on Instagram that she was expecting her first child with Detroit rapper Tracy T. She gave birth to their son on January 6, 2022.
Career
Kash Doll started working in local clubs, schools, and charity activities in the Detroit area early in her career. Kash Doll later signed a Detroit recording contract, but it fell through. She gained a following by posting short videos of herself rapping on social media. On his way to open a show for him on his Summer Sixteen tour stop in Detroit, Drake invited her on Instagram.
In 2015, Kash Doll remixed Tinashe's "2 On" to get a new song. After a year of "Run Me My Money," she then released a video for a single that went viral in 2015. Keisha vs. Kash Doll was released in the same year as she introduced her mixtape, Keisha vs. Kash Doll. Kash Doll appeared on Big Sean and Metro Boomin's single "So Good" in December 2017. On July 16, 2018, she debuted The Vault, her first EP after being barred from her previous work. "For Everybody," an EP music video, has over ten million views on YouTube.
