Early life and career

Julión lvarez was born and raised in La Concordia, Chiapas, México. He was a member of "Banda MS" in 2003 and continued to perform until 2006. Following "Banda MS"'s absence, he decided to form "Julión y Su Norteno Banda." Nathaly Fernandez, ex of El Gallo de Oro Valentin Elizalde, married him in 2011.

Miguel Angel Fox, the Mexican talent show La Voz... Mexico's fourth edition, invited lvarez to serve as coach in 2014. Guido Rochin, his pupil's winning coach, went on to be the winning coach with his pupil.

El Aferrado's album was nominated for Best Banda Album at the 16th Annual Latin Grammy Awards in September 2015. "El Amor De Su Vida" was nominated for Best Regional Song.

It was reported in June 2022 that lvarez's charges connected to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act had been successfully dismissed, allowing him to continue to function and participate in companies on the continent.
