Julia Haart (born 1971 as Yulia Leibov) is an American fashion designer and entrepreneur.

Haart is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer of Elite World. Haart unveiled her namesake shoe collection in 2013, which ended when she joined La Perla in 2016.

She became the Creative Director of an Italian luxury house.

She was named Chief Executive Officer of Elite World, the world's biggest network of model management companies, in 2019.

Personal life

Yosef Hendler, Haart's first husband, has four children: Batsheva, Shlomo, Miriam, and Aron. Batsheva, who goes by the last name Haart, is a social media influencer who has been married to Binyamin "Ben" Weinstein from 2012 to their divorce in November 2021. Miriam has also adopted Haart, her mother's last name. Aron, a student at the University of New York, divides his time between his parents and Monsey, New York.

Silvio Scaglia, an Italian entrepreneur and billionaire, was married in Haart in June 2019. After their marriage, Scaglia adopted the last name Haart. Haart applied for divorce in February 2022 and was banned from her chief executive officer post on the same day.

Career

Haart founded Julia Haart, a footwear store aimed at creating shoes that were both fashionable and comfortable after leaving the Haredi community in 2013. She worked with a ski boot designer and a German firm that manufactures a gel used by NASA to create a lightweight high-heeled shoe. Haart's Spring and Fall 2016 accessory collections were co-produced with La Perla. She was appointed as the brand's creative director the previous year. Haart also launched a line of ready-to-wear lingerie with built-in support at La Perla. Kendall Jenner's 2017 Met Gala dress was a hit. The gown was made of 85,000 crystals glued to a single string.

She became chief executive officer and chief creative officer of Elite World Group, the talent media company (EWG), in March 2019. EWG has re-focused the brand and created new divisions under Haart's leadership. The Elite World Group Prioritizing models to monetise their brands and company initiatives is a priority for the Elite World Group. In addition, Haart is the creative director of e1972, a luxury fashion brand launched by Elite World. The collection attracted a lot of positive media attention, and it was praised for its "innovation, inclusivity, and instilling the message of empowerment."
