Joshua James Duggar (born March 3, 1988) is a former American television personality and political activist.
He is best known for his appearances on the reality television series 19 Kids and Counting On. Duggar, the eldest child of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar's 19 children, was the executive director of FRC Action, a family advocacy group funded by the Family Research Council, from June 2013 to May 2015, including four of his sisters, who were five years old, when it was announced that Duggar had molested multiple girls under age, including four of his siblings, when he was 16 years old.
Duggar's public woes were listed as one of the "10 Big Scandals of 2015" by USA Today, while the Washington Post named him one of the "15 People the Internet Hated Most in 2015."

Josh Duggar was born in Tontitown, Arkansas, to James Robert and Michelle Annette Ruark Duggar on March 3, 1988. Duggar was homeschooled and passed Arkansas' state exam for a general equivalency diploma at the age of 16. He did not go to college.
Personal life
Duggar and Anna Renée Keller, both 20, were married at the Buford Grove Baptist Church in Hilliard, Florida, on September 26, 2008. They have seven children, including daughter Mackynzie Renée (b. October 2009), sons Michael James (b. June 2013), and daughter Meredith Grace (b. September 2017), and daughter Madyson Lily (b. November 2021). Career
Duggar appeared on a number of reality television shows about his family, beginning with a program called Discovery Health when he was 17 years old. The most popular of these programmes, 19 Kids and Counting, which premiered in September 2008, was the most popular of these series. The planning, preparation, rehearsal, and reception were all included in the episode broadcast on January 25, 2009. FRC President Tony Perkins said that by recruiting Duggar, they were able to reach more young people by tapping into the popularity of 19 Kids and Counting. "The main part of Josh's attention will be developing our grass-roots around the country," he said. Conservative Republican presidential candidates praised Duggar as a way to advance their messages to his constituents when they were at FRC Action. Before the 2014 midterm elections, he ran for Senate candidates in Kansas, Mississippi, and Virginia.
