In 2015, she debuted in the BBC One series Death in Paradise as Detective Sergeant Florence Cassell for the first time in English. After episode six of the eighth season in 2019, she left the show for "personal and career reasons," but she returned in 2021 for the tenth season. She is also on the 11th season and made her final appearance on the fourth episode of that series.

Since 2020 as Neville Parker, the 44-year-old British actor has been fighting crime on Saint Marie's fictional island. Following advice from his coworkers to run after him, his character departed from DS Florence Cassell, portrayed by French actress Josephine Jobert on Sunday.
