Jorge Hernán Bermo Morales (born 18 June 1971 in Calarcá, Colombia) is a retired Colombian football player.
Between 1995 and 2001, he appeared for the Colombia national team 56 times.
Playing career
Bermédez competed for several clubs in Colombia, including Deportes Quindo, América de Cali, Deportivo Quevedo, Deportivo Pereira, and Independiente Santa Fe. He began his work with Deportes Quindio, which was also the team where he spent his time 17 years ago.
Berm'dez has played for a variety of clubs outside of Colombia, including Benfica (Portugal), Boca Juniors (Argentina), Olympiakos Piso (Greece), and Barcelona, Guayaquil (Ecuador).
During his time with Boca Juniors, he won a variety of major titles, including the Copa Libertadores and Copa Intercontinental in 2000 and three league titles (Ap 1998, Cl 1999 & Ap 2000).
He appeared in the 1992 Summer Olympics and in three editions of the Copa América, including appearances at the 1998 FIFA World Cup and 1999.

Bermdez spent time as a television pundit and commentator at ESPN for a few years before being named sports director of Atlético Huila on December 6, 2016. After the coach was fired, Bermdez was named caretaker boss of Atlético Huila on May 22nd. In June 2017, he left Huile.
Bermdez returned to football in December 2019 after being named as a member of Boca Juniors Soccer Council led by newly elected vice president Juan Román Riquelme.
