A former Cooperative Bank chairman has been charged with dishonesty. On Wednesday, Paul Flowers, the bank's non-executive chairman from 2009 to 2013, will appear in Manchester magistrates' court. Flowers was charged with one count of misconduct by abuse of position, which was reportedly committed between June 2016 and October 2017.
