Early life
Frieda was born in London. His father, Isidore Frieda, a salon and property owner, was arrested, and Hannah Mary Docherty was his mother. Nigel Frieda, a music engineer, and the owner of Osea Island, Essex, all have three siblings, including Nigel Frieda, a music arranger and the founder of Osea Island, Essex.
Frieda attended private school, King's School, Harrow, and spent part-time at his father's salon as a high school student. Isidore accompanied John and invested in his early ventures.
Personal life
Frieda's father, actor Jordan Frieda, was married to Scottish pop singer and actress Lulu from 1977 to 1991, and they had a boy, actor Jordan Frieda.
He later married Avery Agnelli, widow of Fiat heir Giovanni Alberto Agnelli, with whom he has two children and a stepdaughter.
Career
