James Tomio Saito (born March 6, 1955) is an American actor who appeared on stage, motion pictures, and television.

Early life

Saito was born in Los Angeles to Japanese parents. He earned a degree in theater from the University of California, Los Angeles. He later studied at HB Studios, which is located in New York City, with actress Uta Hagen.

He was one of the last batch of students to study with Sanford Meisner on the Greek island of Bequia and then moved to Meisner in North Hollywood.

In 2019, he appeared in Greater Clements, an Off-Broadway production.
