The New Royals of 'Bel-Air' are the subject of a new 'Bel-Air'

By Sunni Anderson We now have our favorite characters revived for today in Bel-Air's epic retelling Bel-Air. Will Smith, a former lead, developed the project, which is based on director Morgan Cooper's fan-made Bel-Air trailer, which went viral in 2019. It's not just a reboot, but it's also a reimagining of a world mediated by technology, as well as a whole new generation of actors. In the reboot, Jabari Banks portrays Will Smith as Uncle Phil, Cassandra Freeman as Aunt Viv, Coco Jones as Carlton, and Akira Akbar as Ashley. Geoffrey, Jazz, and Lisa are respectively played by Jimmy Akingbola, Jordan L. Jones, and Simone Joy Jones. Find out more about the new Banks family below.
