Jack McBrayer (born May 27, 1973) is an American actor, singer, and comedian who received national recognition for his role in 30 Rock, as well as for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards.

During his time at The Walt Disney Company, he has portrayed the main character, "Fix-It Felix" in the 2012 film Wreck-It Ralph and later its sequel, as well as Wander in Wander Over Yonder.

McBrayer has appeared in Phineas and Ferb, Puppy Dog Pals, The Middle, and the Netflix series Big Mouth.

Randall, Penny's older brother, appeared in the Big Bang Theory on the season 10 premiere episode.

He received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series nomination for his episode appearance in Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell.

Early life

McBrayer was born in Macon, Georgia, and migrated to Conyers, Georgia, when he was 15 years old. At the University of Evansville, he attended Heritage High School and studied theater administration. He had a pneumothorax at the age of 18. It felt like a heart attack, according to him, and it was one of his life's worst pains.

Career

He worked at The Second City and IO Theatre in Chicago from 1995 to 2002, a job that prepared him for his role as a guest artist for her production. McBrayer appeared in more than 80 sketches on Late Night with Conan O'Brien (2002–04), often disparaging his own Southern upbringing by portraying stereotypical hillbilly characters. Kenneth Parcell from 30 Rock appeared on Late Night on August 10, 2007, and again on September 20, 2008. "I thought you were above this now," O'Brien said to him at the first appearance. After O'Brien's departure to The Tonight Show, McBrayer resurfaced his role as Kenneth twice (November 24, 2009, and January 13, 2010). He appeared on O'Brien's Television Tour Stop, Being Funny on Television Tour at stops in Eugene, Oregon, Universal City, California (on the Universal Studios lot where O'Brien taped Tonight), and the final tour stop in Atlanta.

In 2008, he appeared in Mariah Carey's video for "Touch My Body." During the shooting for the picture, McBrayer mistakenly hit Carey in the chest with a Frisbee. McBrayer appeared in the first episode of Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! In a parody commercial for the fictional "Diarrhea-phragm," the spokesperson plays a spokesman. He appeared in the American animated series Ugly Americans as a voice actor and in a recurring role on the second season of Phineas and Ferb.

He appeared in Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore in 2010. On the hit children's television show "Yoga Gabba," he appears in "Knock Knock Joke of the Day" on the hit children's television show "Knock Knock Joke of the Day." Since appearing in Craig McCracken's television show Wander Over Yonder on the Disney Channel, he has been interested. "The Great Simpsina" as Ewell Freestone, 'The Great Simpsina,' was also starring him in 2011.' McBrayer will make his West End debut in the transfer of the Broadway musical Waitress, playing the role of Ogie until June 15, 2019. On February 8, 2019, the production opened at the Adelphi Theatre in London. He appeared on ITV's The Sara Cox Show in June 2019.
