26 years.. so many lessons but here’s what comes to mind today. Trust the process, the journey really is the reward. Time and relationship are the most valuable thing to us. It’s good to seek advice but no one knows your life better than you. Just because you’re correct, doesn’t make you right. Treat people how you’d want to be treated always. When you mess up, be the first one to point it out publicly and correct the behavior. Stop comparing yourself (I do it too), you are a unique soul with a one of a kind perspective that the world needs. Accept people and things as they are. If you love something, you never give up.
This is me in my favorite shirt catching some tremendous light beams before shooting with the tremendous Ryan all with sweat resting above my lip. Style is a such a major key for me. The opportunity to express yourself and turn conversation your way or break social norms for some people before saying anything at all. It is so powerful. Don’t ever drink and drive. Don’t ever text and drive. It’s most definitely the most uncool, and never worth your or someone else’s life. Freedoms come at their cost.
