A judge in Austin sentenced three students at Texas Christian University to five days in jail on Thursday after they lied about Jack Elliott's 19th boating death. According to a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department report, Delaney Brennan (right), of Huntington Beach, California, was pushed overboard by the propeller multiple times and died. Elliott's arrival at the dock took only five minutes. Brennan and two others fabricated a tale about Elliott's overboard behavior and lied about the incidents leading up to his death.
