Walter John "Jack" Buchananan, born in 1891 and died on October 20, 1957, was a Scottish theatre and film actor, singer, dancer, and producer.

He was known for three decades as the embodiment of the debonair man-about-town in George Grossmith Jr.'s tradition, and was dubbed "the last of the knuts" by The Times. He is best known in the United States for his appearance in The Band Wagon, a 1953 Hollywood film.
