Club career
In Benin City, success was born. He began his work with the BJ Foundation Academy, and he served on the team on a regular basis.
Success in November 2013 agreed to a five-year contract with Udinese, beginning January 2014, for a €400,000 fee. However, he was only granted a work permit in March of the following year and joined Granada CF straight away, being assigned to Segunda División B.
Success made his first-team debut on August 31st, beginning with a 1–1 away draw against Elche CF, the country's youngest player to play in a La Liga match. He scored his first professional goal on December 7th, netting his team's only home draw against Valencia CF for the same score. Success continued his association with the club on August 7, 2015, until 2019 and then being promoted to the main squad indefinitely.
Success signed a five-year contract with Watford, minus a historic transfer fee of around £12.5 million from Granada, on July 1, 2016. He scored in 19 appearances in the 2016-17 season, after only one appearance in 2017-18 was loaned to Malaga on January 31.

International career
In 2013, FIFA Under-17 World Cup success was awarded to Nigeria under the age of 17 with the addition of Vice Capt. He appeared in the first two games but was forced to miss the remainder of the tournament due to an injury. Victory gave him his first call up to Nigeria's senior team for a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia in October 2016. Success made his Nigerian debut on March 23rd as a replacement in a 1–1 draw with Senegal at The Hive Stadium in London.
