Imogen Poots Career

Career

Poots appeared on screen in an episode of Casualty and had a non-speaking part in V for Vendetta, but she was still unrecognizable when Juan Carlos Fresnadillo cast her in the horror film 28 Weeks Later. Since then, she has appeared in films such as Cracks, Centurion, and as the female lead in Anton Yelchin's 2011 version of Fright Night. Despite the fact that Poots never trained as an actor, Giles Hattersley claims she learned her acting skills from a practical apprenticeship that may have been helpful, as she is "compellingly natural" on film.

In 2011, she was selected by fashion house Chloé to star in a campaign for its eponymous fragrance shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. She was chosen to star in a Sofia Coppola-directed advertising campaign for a joint venture between fashion label Marni and high street retailer H&M in 2012.

Rose Dugdale, a Chelsea millionaire and educated at Oxford, turned her back on her fortune after being radicalized by Bloody Sunday and sentenced to nine years in prison for her role in an art heist

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 18, 2024
Sinn Fein politicians announced that the activist, who was born to an insurance underwriter and landowner, died in Dublin at the age of 83. Rose went to Oxford University after growing up with wealthy parents (pictured inset with her mother) and being educated in Kensington, where she began to engage in activism (left, as a student) and developed more radical views. However, it was the events of Bloody Sunday in 1972 that led to Rose's initiation in the IRA and a slew of terrorists who helped the group raise money for the terror group (centre: A wanted poster for Rose in connection with a robbery).

EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: Bond girl is desperate for the portrait of herself by late lover 'the Loins of Longleat'

www.dailymail.co.uk, February 16, 2024
EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: He was blessed with inheriting the magnificent Longleat, his stately family seat in Wiltshire, as well as a sprawling estate of more than 9,000 acres, after his father died in 2020, aged 87. However, Ceawlin Thynn, Bath's 8th Marquess, would not be human if his late father, Alexander, had lived in a slightly more orthodox manner from time to time. Ceawlin is now plagued by the inevitable fractures caused by the man's confession that he had 75 couples, or wives, as he wanted to call them after his 1969 marriage to Hungarian-born actress Anna Gael, who has never divorced. Now that I can recall, Longleat's balustrades are being rattled by one-time Bond Girl, Jamaican-born bombshell Sylvana Henriques, many decades after she first attempted to photograph Alexander.
