Idalis M. DeLeón (born June 15, 1966) is an American actress, writer-director television presenter, and now a top TV Host Coach/Media Trainer in Los Angeles.

DeLeón is best known as a MTV VJ host who televised the music countdown from June 1994 to September 1998.

DeLeón was also known for her acting appearances as Roni De Santos during the fifth season of the sitcom Living Single (1997–1998) and Charity in the 1998 comedy film Ride.

Career

DeLeón, a Puerto Rican immigrant, began her career in the South Bronx, New York City, as a member of the girl group Seduction, which earned the top ten hit "Two to Make It Right" in 1989. DeLeón, a television presenter and anchor, has worked for Fox Family, Fox Sports, Access Hollywood, and Extra since 2003 as the weekend hostess for Extra. DeLeón has also been the co-host of the S TV show Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner since 2004. She has also appeared on several television series, including a recurring role on Sci Fi Channel's The Invisible Man. In 2004, she appeared in eight episodes of Six Feet Under. Her most recent appearances include roles on FX's Nip/Tuck and as "Concha" on the USA Network's Burn Notice.
