Career

Tamaddon has appeared in a variety of theatre roles, including Frenchie in Grease and Diana Morales in A Chorus Line. Mamma Mia! actress Kev Orkian has also appeared in Boogie Nights as the opposite actor/comedian. In the 2007 United Kingdom tour of The Rocky Horror Show, Jim Carter and Fame as well as playing Janet. In the UK Tour of Spamalot, Tamaddon has outlined the Lady of the Lake with Jodie Prenger and Amy Nuttall.

Tamaddon has appeared in pantomimes as well as Aladdin and Snow White. She appeared as the Fairy godmother in Cinderella at the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield in December 2007, and she performed the title role in Cinderella at the Alhambra Theatre in Bradford in 2008. She appeared in Peter Pan's revival, as opposite Nigel Planer Captain Hook, and she appeared at the Lyceum Theatre. Tamaddon appeared in Sleeping Beauty from January 14, 2011 to January 12, 2012 at the Theatre Royal in Norwich. Roxie Hart, a well-known actress in Chicago, embarked on a national tour of Chicago in 2016. Millie Dillmount will appear in the UK Tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie beginning in March 2018. Tamaddon also appeared in "Everybody's Talking About Jamie" in the West End.

From 2005 to 2007, Tamaddon appeared in Delilah Dingle in soap opera Emmerdale. On July 15, 2005, her first episode was broadcast.

Tamaddon was released out of Emmerdale in the summer of 2007, but Kathleen Beedles, a young actress, decided not to renew her contract but did not intend not to ruin Delilah Dingle's character, leaving the door open for a return at some point in the future. Tamaddon has appeared in The Royal, Where The Heart Is, Ghost Hunting with the Dingles, as Lulu on Celebrity Stars in Their Eyes, Loose Women, and This Morning.

Tamaddon appeared on Soapstar Superchef in March 2007. On April 13th, she and her co-star Mathew Bose, who co-stars with her in Emmerdale, were crowned champions of the competition. In The Royal Today, she has also played a nurse.

Tamaddon appeared in the House on week 18 of BBC children's television show Hider in the House, which was shot at a family's house in Wortley, West Yorkshire. She was denied a challenge seven but "I think I have been one of the best hiders ever," she said.

Tamaddon appeared in Channel 4's Shameless as Calista, a lesbian who has a one-night stand with Karen Maguire. Zoe was also seen in Waterloo Road.

Tamaddon was named champion of the fifth season of Dancing on Ice, where she skated with professional skater and childhood friend Daniel Whiston. She defeated Hollyoaks actor Kieron Richardson, third, and Gary Lucy, who went head-to-head in the Bolero, in front of ten million viewers, including their Jai Ho routine. Tamaddon received the award with over 80% of the public vote and went on tour with Torvill and Dean.

Tamaddon appeared on an episode of All Star Family Fortunes on September 25, 2010.

Tamaddon will be joining Coronation Street as Andrea Beckett, a friend of Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson), and a competitor of Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh).
