Hannah Daniel (born 20 January 1986) is a Welsh actress best known for her appearances on television shows Hinterland, Keeping Faith, and Holby City.
Early life
Hannah Daniel was born in Heath Hospital and raised in Whitchurch, Cardiff. She enrolled at Ysgol Gymraeg Glantaf and later read English literature at University College London, in age 24. She was a S4C presenter from 1994 to 2014.

Personal life
Daniel and her partner, actor Richard Harrington, live in Crystal Palace, London, and they have a child, Richard Harrington. Daniel and Harrington co-produced the three films in the dual-language crime drama Hinterland / Y Gwyll (Rain 2013-2016), in which every scene was shot first in Welsh and then in English. Each of the two series's films was then assembled and broadcast as part of a separate three-series show. Harrington appeared as the lead actor, DCI Tom Mathias, and Daniel played Siân Owens, one of his subordinates. They have a son together who was born in 2019.
