Karimova, a former US president who enjoyed dineding with former President Bill Clinton, is now in jail in Uzbekistan for fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors said the Serious Fraud Office took custody of three of her luxurious homes in Surrey and Belgravia worth £20 million after transferring them to the proceeds of graft in Uzbekistan in a development that prosecutors lauded.
