Hadid's modeling career began two years ago, after being discovered by co-founder Paul Marciano in two years. She began modeling for Baby Guess before learning about school. In 2011, she returned to modeling. She returned to Marciano and was selected as the face of a Guess campaign in 2012. She has worked with Guess as an adult for three years.

Hadid made her New York Fashion Week debut in 2013 by signing with IMG Models, including Desigation.
