Following the bankruptcy of B.UK Ltd, which is owned by the Barclay family, being put into receivership by Lloyds Banking Group as it attempts to recover a debt of over £1 billion, the Spectator is being sold along with The Daily and Sunday Telegraph newspapers. According to a Westminster source, There is talk of spinning off The Spectator and selling it separately, and Murdoch would be interested.' Boris' return to the country would be a coup.'

ANDREW PIERCE: Has the Penny finally dropped on the trans issue?

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 17, 2023
ANDREW PIERCE: Leading Tories Sir Keir Starmer retaliated in his defence of allegations that he was not capable of defining what a woman is by claiming that 99.9% of them do not have a penis. However, one Cabinet minister, Penny Mordaunt, preferred to remain anonymous, a surprise to some considering how vocal she has been in the past in favour of trans rights. Mordaunt's two Tory leadership campaigns were harmed by her past statement that "trans women are women," as well as her mention of 'pregnant people."
