Listen Out fans slammed the festival on Tuesday for it's 'mediocre' line-up and expensive tickets which start at $190 for general admission. Festivalgoers flocked to Instagram as the music fest announced its 2024 line-up which boasts 21 Savage, Skepta, Lil Tjay and Tyla as the Hip Hop headliners.  Flo Milli, Jessie Reyez, Teezo Touchdown and Lithe will also take to the stage, with the electronic genre being represented by John Summit and Sub Focus.

And although the colors and styles of their clothing are all different, they do show her the desire to tease in outfits that leave little to the imagination. Cardi can be seen strutting her stuff in a racy one-piece, partially covering her with furry jacket and a knee-high platform platform, off the top, with lyrics about pulling up to Miami in a "cruise ship." Though the burgundy number was well covered up to the end in a posh furry jacket, the provocative entertainer who made her debut in the hip-hop scene in 2015, the Drip starlet teased viewers by opening the coat to reveal her figure in the opulent ensemble.
