Eric Allan Kramer (born March 26, 1962) is an American character actor who has appeared in numerous feature films and television series, including True Romance and Robin Hood: Men in Tights, but he is best known for his appearance on Good Luck Charlie's Dave Rogers from 2010 to 2014.

Early life
Roger Kramer, Kramer's father, is a former CFL player. Kramer studied at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, which culminated in acting in theatre and some television and film roles, as well as a career in combat choreography.
Career
Kramer made his acting debut in the television film The Gunfighters in 1987. Miles O'Keeffe, a former lead actor, appeared in Quest for the Mighty Sword in 1990, replacing him in the 1990 film Quest for the Mighty Sword. In the television film The Comrades of Summer, he appeared in Thor's television film The Incredible Hulk Returns and a Russian baseball player. Little John in Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Bear in American Wedding, and Boris, bodyguard to producer Lee Donowitz in True Romance are among Kramer's most notable roles. He has appeared in a number of popular television series, including Two and a Half Men, Wizards of Waverly Place, Growing Pains, My Name Is Earl, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Ellen, Monk, William, and Grace (where he appeared in the same episode as his Good Luck Charlie wife Leigh-Allyn Baker) as well as his Good Luck Charlie husband, George, Jerk, Jack and Bobby, Growing Pains, Expanding Pains, Blos Kramer appeared on the sitcom Bob as Whitey van de Bunt (1993) and the ABC/UPN sitcom The Hughleys as Dave Rogers.
Kramer continues to perform on stage as a member of the Antaeus Classical Rep Company in Los Angeles, where he has been named with an Ovatti Award for his role in The Wood Demon. On the Disney Channel sitcom Good Luck Charlie, he also co-starred as Bob Duncan. In the Nickelodeon series The Thundermans, he also played Link's dad.
