After being rejected for ODI and T20 tours of the Caribbean, Dawid Malan's coaching career is over, with the 36-year-old intending to begin his coaching career with Yorkshire

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 3, 2024
Dawid Malan is concerned that his England career is coming to an end and he is now planning for his post-playing future by helping to coach at Yorkshire. In India's hysterical 50-over-World Cup campaign last fall, the 36-year-old was England's best run scorer. However, Malan was then booked for the upcoming ODI and T20 tours of the Caribbean, despite being offered a new one-year ECB deal.

Why Ben Stokes is the greatest cricketer in the United Kingdom's 16th Centuurion - the complete showman - and what distinguishes him from the greats

www.dailymail.co.uk, February 13, 2024
NASSER HUSSAIN: To join the list of England cricketers who have won 100 Test caps, you'll need to be one of the all-time greats, and the journey requires many aspects: patience, knowledge, and mental toughness among them. You have to be a complete participant, reaching a world-class qualification and maintaining it while dealing with the mental and physical challenges of competing at international level. All the while away from home and away from family. By definition, being on this list indicates that you have made a significant contribution to English cricket. But Ben Stokes, the 16th Englishman on the incredible list, has accomplished the near-impossible challenge of ticking every single box as an international cricketer.

After cricket fans slammed their stripped-back day one coverage as "atrocious," TNT Sports line up Sir Alastair Cook and Steven Finn as pundits for England's second Test in India

www.dailymail.co.uk, January 25, 2024
MATT HUGHES: After being chastised for their spartan coverage of day one in Hyderabad, former England captain Sir Alastair Cook and fast bowler Steven Finn are likely to lead a beefed-up TNT Sports' production of the second Test in Visakhapatnam next week. With TNT's home nationals only signing a five-year contract last week, there was insufficient time to build a punditry team before the series's launch, leaving host Matt Floyd to talk in a broadcaster without a single studio presence. For the remainder of the series, TNT will have a broadcast feed of the Indian commentary team, including former England captains Kevin Pietersen and Eoin Morgan, but will also have their own pundits from the second Test onwards.
