Cummings was officially accepted by Select Model Management at the age of 15. After her mother took her in to visit the agency, she was signed. She began modeling under the name "Eliza Presly" because her reps thought she looked like Elvis Presley. Cummings' career began right from the beginning. Vogue Italia was her first job. She debuted in the Top Shop Fall/Winter 2008 campaign just over a year ago.
