Personal life
Milligan was born in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, the son of Jean Wallace, a former Yellowknife city councillor, and Brian Milligan. Since October 2010, he has been in a relationship with actress Amanda Crew.
Career
Milligan is best known for his appearance in The CW's 90210, a spin-off of the 1990s primetime drama Beverly Hills, 90210. At the end of the first season, he was officially dropped from the program.
