In an interview with the News of the World on July 12, he described himself as bisexual. In 2012, James came out openly as gay to fellow bandmate Simon Webbe. After years of "living a lie," James said out in July 2017, when he and his new boyfriend met in public for the first time at the time. "It shouldn't really mean anything to people these days," James said in May 2019, in reaction to a query about being gay to him. You are who you are. We should certainly drop the wording. People should be able to tell if you are a good enough person and that whatever you are. Let's just get along, and let's all be content." In July 2019, James publicly posted photographs of him with his new boyfriend, Rodrigo Reis, stating that he is "proud to be gay." In October 2019, James appeared in two episodes of First Dates Hotel, where he had his first public date while openly gay, with 38-year-old Portuguese native Joao.

Duncan James Career

Career

In early 2000, James and Antony Costa convinced Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe to form the group Blue. Blue's R&B-influenced pop helped the group achieve commercial success in the United Kingdom and many other nations, including Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Italy, France, and New Zealand. In May 2001, the band's debut single "All Rise" debuted, earning the No. 1 position. On the UK Singles Chart, there are 4 on the chart. In August 2001, their sequel, "Too Close," was released, peaking at No. 1. 1 on the UK Singles Chart. With the ballad "If You Come Back," they went on to become their second number one in November. The album All Rise was released in time for Christmas and reached the top of the UK Albums Chart, eventually selling more than 1.8 million albums in the United Kingdom. "Fly By Two," the album's last single, reached No. 2. In March 2002, the first six children were 6 years old.

One Love, their second studio album, was released in October 2002; it debuted at No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart; it debuted at No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart. More than 150,000 copies were sold in the first year alone. "One Love," the album's highest single on the charts, debuted three singles. "Sorry Seems to Be the Loudest Word" was released on Elton John's debut at No. 3, with vocals from Elton John. "U Make Me Wanna" -- which reached No. 1 — which peaked at No. 1. 4. Guilty, the company's third studio album, was released in fall 2003; it also debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart. In the week of its introduction, 1,500 copies were sold, with 100,000 being the most popular ones. The album produced four singles, including "Guilty," which reached No. 1 in the Top 40. 2, "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours," featuring vocals from Stevie Wonder and Angie Stone, who reached No. 2 on the charts, topped at No. 2. "Breathe Easy," the 11, which reached No. 1 at No. It came on No. 4 with "Bubblin" and "Bubblin," which peaked at No. 1. 9.

Best of Blue and 4ever Blue are two compilation albums that were released in 2004 and 2005 respectively. "The Gift," "It's Alright" and "Elements" were among the four tracks that had only appeared in Japan. A live version of "Lonely This Christmas" from CD:UK was supposed to be track seven on the album, but it was eventually deleted for unknown reasons. The album was available in several European countries, as well as Japan, Thailand, and China; in the meantime, it was a commercial failure, and had yet to chart anywhere. Despite copies being widely available in the United Kingdom, the album was not released in the United Kingdom.

With his solo single "Sooner or Later," James returned to the music scene in May 2006, releasing the video in early May and aiming to announce the single commercially on June 5. The video reached No. 1 on the charts. 2 On The Box and No. 5 on The Hits. However, the single was no commercial success and debuted at No. 1 on the British charts, with No. 3. 35, before falling to No. No. 34. In its second week, the 72-year-old country's second week was at its best. James' next single was "Can't Stop a River." The track was announced on August 21, 2006, but it never reached No. 1 on the charts. There are 59 people in the United Kingdom and No. In Ireland, there are 97 people. It was also unpopular in continental Europe, where "Can't Stop a River" was announced a day earlier than in the United Kingdom, and it crashed out of singles charts in several countries, including France, Turkey, Germany, and Belgium. In the first week, James' album fell short, with less than 1,000 copies in the UK (and struggling to reach the Top 50). Around the world, the album has sold a total of 412,350 copies.

Despite the fact that Future Pastia did not do as well as expected, it did not do well (except in Italy, where it reached No. 2). On February 2, 2007, the chart rose to the top, with a platinum version being released on the Internet. (On February 2, 2007, music channel B4 premiered "Amazed," his latest album, which was set to be released on March 12, 2007. However, there was also a lack of interest. He came third in the competition, but he was unable to do his Bolero duties. In 2007, James appeared in the pilot episode of Plus One, which was part of Channel 4's Comedy Showcase.
