Career

Kudaibergen competed in and won four major singing competitions in Kazakhstan from 2010 to 2013 (Sonorous Voices of Baikonur, 2010), Ukraine (Oriental Bazaar, 2012), and Kyrgyzstan, 2013).

Kudaibergen attracted a lot of attention from the Kazakh national media in 2012 after winning the coveted National Zhas Kanat Contest. He won the three-day vocal competition with a full jury score of 180 out of 180 points, marking the first time in the competition's history. (Kazakh: ркемм) - He made his first self-composed work "Körkemm" that same year (Kazakh: ркемм). In 2013, he was invited to perform as a guest singer at the Türkçevizyon Gala Night in Denizli, Turkey.

Kudaibergen was named the State Youth Prize Daryn's laureate in December 2014.

Kudaibergen spent time in various European and Asian countries after his graduation. Since one of the promoters of an annual international competition for influential singers, he was invited to perform live in Kazakhstan in 2015. Kudaibergen won the Grand Prix on July 13, 2015, with a score of 175 points out of 180. During the three days of the competition, he was the unanimous favorite of both the jury and audience. The Russian singer Alla Pugacheva's "Blizzard Again" (Russian: тетел) and French singer Daniel Balavoine's "SOS d'un terrien en detresse" received a lot of praise from the jury and international media, as he performed his original interpretations of the Kazakh folk song "Daididau" (Russian: тетел) and "SOS d doutput: Kudaibergen's chairman, Polad Bülolu, said he had three voices in one: a low and medium voice, and altino, a rare voice, and that he used both of them professionally.

Kudaibergen appeared on national television shows and public functions after winning the Slavianski Bazaar. At Expo 2015 in Milan, Italy; at the national film festival in Almaty; and at an Astana Opera Concert attended by Chinese President Xi Jinping.

In August 2015, Kudaibergen presented his second own composition, "Unfortable Day." Kudaibergen was chosen to represent Kazakhstan at the 2015 ABU TV Song Festival in Istanbul, Turkey, in October 2015. Kudaibergen performed "Daididau" on "Daididau," receiving a standing ovation. Kudaibergen appeared at the closing ceremony of Mary – Culture and Arts Capital of the Turkic World festival in Istanbul in November.

Kudaibergen's self-titled debut extended play (EP) was published on January 1, 2016. In a duet with Mayra Mohammed-kyzy, he appeared on several television shows singing "My Swan" (Kazakh: ум) (Kazakh: ум). The European Broadcasting Union's "Around the World in 80 Minutes of Music" campaign devoted to Kazakhstan's "Around the World in 80 Minutes of Music" campaign, which was broadcast by radio stations around the world in February 2016. Kudaibergen performed with his parents at the Women's Day concert in Astana in March and was part of the "All Stars for My Beloved" festival, which was held at the Kremlin Palace in Moscow. Kudaibergen's first headlined tour ran from April to December 2016 in honor of Kazakhstan's 25th anniversary of independence. Kudaibergen's tour in 25 cities of Kazakhstan included two additional concerts in the cities of Kazan and Ufa, Russia. After his own song of the same name, he dedicated his tour Unfortable Day. The concerts featured a large number of songs in various languages.

In July 2016, he was invited to appear at the Slavic Bazaar opening ceremony in Belarus, where he sang a duet with Nagima Eskalieva and was also honoured to carry the festival's flag. Kudaibergen also served as a judge at Bala Dausy in 2016 (Voice of Children 2016).

Among Kudaibergen's performances in 2016, included his guest appearance at the annual Zhas Kanat Festival in Beijing, France; of the rap song "I Am Kazakh" (with Yerbolat and Alashuly); and his appearance at the Astana Day Concert in Istanbul, South Korea; and Turkmenistan's 100th Birthday Gala Concert; and as a guest artist at the Big Opera in Moscow, South Korea; and his appearance at the national radio competition in Russia;

Kudaibergen, the opera singer at Toleubek Alpiyev, was invited to perform as an opera singer in November 2016, but the director of Astana Opera State Theatre, Toleubek Alpiyev, decided against performing contemporary music in November.

Kudaibergen performed in the fifth season of Hunan Television's I Am a Singer on director Hong Tao's suggestion in early 2017 and signed a Beijing Black Gold Talent contract. He was the youngest participant of the show and competed against professional and top-selling Chinese singers as a 'wildcard' competitor at 22 years old. Kudaibergen's mother said later that he hoped to make it to at least the middle stage of the competition.

He won Episodes 1, 2, 2nd, and 6 with his roles in "S.O.S. terrien en détresse," "Opera 2," and "Adagio." He made it to the finals and finished second behind Hong Kong singer Sandy Lam as the runner-up.

"SOS d'un terrien en détresse" is a song performed by singer 2017 Kudaibergen in episode 1. Kudaibergen's name became well-known on social media, and television shows in China, Kazakhstan, as well as French media and television programs, after winning this episode.

Kudaibergen also won episode 2 with his interpretation of Vitas' "Opera 2") and came in third in Episode 3 with his interpretation of Queen's "The Show Must Go On." "A bridge for Kazakh-Chinese cultural cooperation" has been named on Hunan television and the Chinese media. Kudaibergen's university, the Kazakh National University of Arts, gave his interpretation of the traditional Kazakh folk song "Daididau." Kudaibergen and the instrumentalists donned traditional Kazakh costumes (shapan). He began his appearance by playing "Adai" (Kazakh: да), then "Daididau" (Kazakh: да) on the dombra, and then sang "Daididau." He came in third place. His performance was welcomed with enthusiasm and sparked curiosity in China's Kazakh music and culture. In an interview, Kudaibergen said later that this gave him the opportunity to "make sure that music knows no boundaries." Kudaibergen's documentary about Kudaibergen aired on Hunan television following the episode 7 broadcast.

For episode 10, Kudaibergen performed his own song "Unforttable Day" with a portion of the lyrics translated into Mandarin. He came in third place. "Unfortable Day" climbed to the top of the Fresh Asia Music Charts within a few days. He released his first Chinese single "Eternal Memories" on April 5th (Chinese: ), the film Battle of Memories' theme song (Chinese: ).

Kudaibergen sang Adriano Celentano's "Confessa" in Italian, followed by "The Diva Dance" from "The Fifth Element" in episode 12. He came in second place and was promoted to the final. He released his single "Go Go Power Rangers," the Chinese movie Power Rangers' theme song.

In a duet with Laure Shang, Kudaibergen performed "A Tribute to MJ" in the final of Singer 2017. He came in runner's award for Singer 2017. Kudaibergen performed "Give Me Love" in Kazakh on the final episode of Singer 2017, Episode 14 (Kazakh: ер аан; Makhabbat Ber Magan).

Kudaibergen appeared on several Chinese television shows, including "Happy Camp," My Boyfriend's "Fan Fan Boyfriend," and Come Sing with Me (where fans were selected to perform with their idol); and the Chinese Top Ten Music Awards in Shenzhen, China, where he received his first Chinese Award, namely for "Best Female Artist"; and the "Most Popular International Singer" award, which was hosted by the Embassy of Kazakhstan and China's Department of Culture;

He was welcomed with a congratulatory function in Astana upon returning to Kazakhstan following Singer's completion in 2017.

Kudaibergen's latest song, "Ocean Over Time" (Chinese: ) was released in China in July as the game's theme tune and later received a Hollywood Music in Media Award. He appeared at the Closing Ceremony of Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk, Belarus, where his international career began in 2015 and featured numerous songs for the audience of the 2017 Eurasia International Film Festival and honorary guests Nicolas Cage and Adrien Brody.

Dimash performed at the Gakku Open-Air Festival in Almaty on September 16th to a packed audience of 150,000 people. G#7 on the whistle register, his highest recorded note prior to this occasion, on par with Mariah Carey. During "Unfortible Day" at the Gakku Festival, he overtook himself by hitting D8.

Denis Ten, an Olympic medalist and friend of Kudaibergen, began using his version of "SOS d'un terrien en détresse" in his skating programs in 2017.

Kudaibergen's debut in China in 2018 was the result of many performances. To name a few: at the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, he performed "Flight of the Bumblebee" and "Auld Lang Syne" (in Mandarin), with pianists Wu Muye and Maksim Mrvica; and "Dasmine" as a guest performer at Singer's "Bumblebee"); and "Daididau" accompanied by an orchestra; and "Dasmine" accompanying an orchestra; and "M" He was invited as guest and performer at the Chinese Mid Autumn Festival, performed "You and Me" in a duet with Wáng L, and premiered his first English song "Screaming" at the "Idol Hits" exhibition. He appeared in July and August at the Slavic Bazaar 2018 in Vitebsk, Belarus, as a judge and guest artist, and sang "SOS d'un terrien en détresse." He appeared at the international competition for young pop singers New Wave in Sochi, Russia, where he performed "Sinful Passion" for the first time and sang "Adagio" at the closing ceremony.

Kudaibergen performed in early 2019 in the CBS talent competition The World's Best, in which he was introduced to the US audience as the "Six Octave Man" and "man with the world's widest vocal range." IPZUSA, a New Jersey-based company, announced on its website on June 18th that a deal had been signed with Kudaibergen to provide family-focused administration, representation, and consultancy.

Kudaibergen would debut a Kazakh language song on September 30, 2020, being the first artist from Kazakhstan to appear on MTV USA's official YouTube channel. His songs remained to be in the Top 5 by MTV USA Livestream for the next ten weeks, from 2 October to December 2020. Kudaibergen and Host Kevan Kenney's interviews were broadcast on MTV USA Livestream from December 2020 to February 2021.

Kudaibergen was interviewed on Muz-TV in November 2020, answering questions about his work and life.

Kudaibergen's first online digital concert, Tixr, will be broadcast on December 3, 2020. The Dimash Digital Show was supposed to be a charity benefit, with a portion of the funds going to Project C.U.R.E.

Kudaibergen's latest music video for "I Miss You" was released in December 2020, with the Russian director Evgeny Kuritsyn's collaboration.

Kudaibergen's first online concert, Dimash Digital Exhibition, took place on January 16, 2021. "SOS d'un terrien en détresse," "War and Peace," was released by the artist alongside 15 other songs, highlighting the artist's involvement with Project C.U.R.E.

Dimash Kudaibergen's album "Fly Away" debuted 6th on Billboard's Hot Trending Songs in November 2021, making it one of the top ten most popular songs on Twitter in November 2021.
